• CaseStream: a swipe-based mini case experience
• Clinical Cases: detailed case-based learning
• Daily Clinical Question: a daily clinical question refreshed at local midnight
• Case Room: collaborative case discussion
• Learning progress, streak, energy, and saved content
• Premium subscription features

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You must provide accurate and current account information.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not share credentials with others.

5. Educational Purpose

VetCase AI is for education and practice. It does not provide veterinary examination, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not an emergency veterinary service.

6. Professional Disclaimer

Users must evaluate real cases according to applicable law, product labels, and professional standards, and seek specialist advice when needed.

7. User Responsibilities

You must use the app lawfully, respect the rights of others, and not misuse the service.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Selling or transferring your account
• Reverse engineering or automated scraping
• Bypassing security or premium restrictions
• Bulk copying or republishing app content
• Attempting to harm the service or other users

9. Intellectual Property

VetCase AI owns the brand, design, case content, questions, software, and related materials. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app.

10. Premium Subscriptions

Premium features may include unlimited CaseStream access, expanded saved content limits, and ad-free use. Subscription terms are managed through the App Store or Google Play.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscriptions are managed and cancelled through the relevant app store. Refunds are subject to store policies and applicable consumer law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VetCase AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
