9. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium purchases are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. VetCase AI does not directly store full payment card details. Purchase history and transaction identifiers may be processed.

• Account data: while the account is active and as required by law
• Learning data: while the account remains active or until deletion is requested
• Support records: for the period needed to resolve requests and handle disputes
• Analytics and crash data: according to provider settings and retention policies

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no internet-based system is completely secure.

12. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account from Account Settings in the app or by contacting vetcaseai@gmail.com. When deleted, authentication data, profile, learning data, saved content, and notification tokens are removed, subject to legal retention requirements.

13. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that personal data was collected from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

14. Educational Use

VetCase AI is for educational purposes and does not replace professional clinical evaluation. Users are advised not to share unnecessary personal or sensitive data in support requests.
